Help Support Human Rights (And Proper Photo Usage Rights!)

Hello, Friend!

If you’re on this page, then it’s possible you’ve hired us to take photos for you at some point, or we have given you access to use photos for free after an event has already taken place.

We are really happy to have been able to share the photos with you, and if we sent you free photos, they really were free!

You can use the photos free of charge for noncommercial use only as long as proper photo credit is given.

The correct format is listed below, but the actual photographer name will be in the photo filename also.

Friendly/Important Reminder: Our photos we shared with you freely are for non-commercial use only.

If you are using the photos in a Commercial venture, in any way where you are making money, you must contact us first before doing so.

If you are unsure whether your usage is violating our photo usage term or not – no worries – just check with us first here (in advance) to make sure.

Thank you so much for reading this, and we hope you enjoy your photos!

Note: If you are looking to Hire an Event Photographer for your next special event, please check out out Portfolio and Contact Us today to Schedule your Event Photography Services.

All The Best,

Michael Caswell

P.S. Although we don’t want your money for any free photos we sent you (unless they are being used for Commercial purposes as mentioned above – in which case contact us now to discuss details), we did mention Donations for Human Rights above, on the header of this page.

Why?

Because we do want you to give all your donation money to the new Identity-Lens Project (Canadian Nonprofit) to help support their Human Rights Platform and Human Rights Campaigns, like their very first one here for the BC Human Rights Commission.

Check out their website: www.identitylensproject.com

Thing is, this website (www.sceneinthedark.com), just takes photos for special events. We don’t need your donation money (but you can always hire us to take amazing event photos for you) to run our operation.

But they do need your donations! They work hard, do great work, and they deserve your support to help their Nonprofit Human Rights Platform change the world.

Spread Positive Identity – Donate Now to The Identity-Lens Project!

You can donate to them directly here, and we highly encourage you to do so!

And sign up for the Identity-Nation here too (it’s 100% free), to join their growing online movement of inspirational supporters to help secure Human Rights for all people.
